WHAT COUNTS AS A CHANGE REQUEST? ▾

Anything that needs updating on your site — new hours, a new service, a staff change, a photo swap, copy edits. You submit through your Notion workspace, I process it in Week 1 of each month. Up to 2 hours of changes per month is included — anything over that is quoted at $75/hour.

HOW DO I GET MORE CONTENT IF I NEED IT? ▾

The Stay Visible plan is built for maintenance, not content growth. If you want blog posts, GBP content, or social captions added, upgrading to Grow Visible ($299/mo) includes all of that. You can upgrade anytime.

WHAT PLATFORM WILL MY SITE BE ON? ▾

All Visible. sites are built on GitHub Pages with custom HTML/CSS — clean, fast, and fully owned by you. No monthly platform fees, no surprise charges. Your domain and hosting are in your control.

CAN I CANCEL? ▾

Month-to-month, 30 days notice. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. I just ask for a month's notice so I can wrap up any open work cleanly.
